Dr. Supaporn Kulthinee is a perfusionist, physiologist, researcher, and educator whose career integrates clinical perfusion, cardiovascular and renal physiology, research, and education in extracorporeal circulation.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Cardio-Thoracic Technology from Naresuan University, followed by a Master of Science and PhD in Medical Physiology from Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She subsequently completed postdoctoral research training in renal physiology and experimental hypertension at Tulane University in the United States and continued her research experience at leading U.S. academic institutions, including Brown University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Kulthinee has extensive clinical experience in perfusion for both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery and previously served as a Chief Perfusionist. Her career later expanded into academic teaching, translational research, and international perfusion education. She continues to advance her clinical perfusion expertise at Upstate Medical University in the United States.

Her academic work spans cardiopulmonary bypass, cardio-renal physiology, acute kidney injury, and extracorporeal circulation, with peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international scientific meetings. She has also contributed to advancing perfusion education and professional development across international settings.

Bringing together her experience in science, physiology, clinical practice, and medical technology, Dr. Kulthinee founded AORTIA with a vision to bridge scientific knowledge with practical innovation in cardiovascular and extracorporeal medicine.

Under her leadership, AORTIA focuses on technologies, clinical and preclinical solutions, professional consultation, research collaboration, and education related to cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and extracorporeal life support.
